Light a Candle
Martha was born in Columbus, GA to Weldon Parnell and Helen Collins in Oct of 1947. She was the one daughter and sister to three brothers, Don Parnell, Tommy Parnell, and Jimmy Parnell. She married when she was William (Bill) Britt when she was 19 and had her first three children Wayne Britt, Timothy Britt and Katina. In 1973 she and Bill divorce. A little while later she married her second husband James Randall and had her fourth and final child James (Jim) Randall II in 1975. On December 7, 1981 she married the love of her William Sandefur who she remained married to until he passed away in may of 2013. Martha was blessed with ,13 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren all of whom she loved with all of her heart. She was not just a very loving mother and grandmother but a wonderful friend to so many as well. She was a God fearing woman that for many years was a member of there Word of Life Ministries Church in Greensboro.
